We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. Orders ship within 1–2 business days; standard delivery typically takes 3–6 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email.

60-day guarantee

If your order arrives damaged or you're not happy, contact us within 60 days for a replacement or full refund.

How to start a return

Email support@clockcollection.com with your order number (it starts with CK-) and a short note. We'll send instructions within one business day. Refunds issue to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.
